General Tour Information

Important Tour Information:

All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved, you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.

Basic Tour Conditions For Individual Bookings:

A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request. A 20% deposit is required within 14 days to confirm the booking and the full and or final payment must reach Turners Conferences before 4 October 2012. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made after 4 October 2012.

Cancellation Fees:

Refunds will be considered for written cancellations received prior to 4 September 2012. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 4 September 2012. An amendment fee of R100 applies to all confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
