Stand Information
Stand sizes:
Stand space is available in modules of 9m2 (3m x 3m)
Stand cost:
R30 000 per 9m2 of floor space (excluding 14% VAT)
Stand inclusion:
The following are included in the price of the stand space purchase:
o Promotion of the event
o Daily cleaning of public areas
o General exhibit hall security service
o Attendance at opening and welcome
o Tea / coffee and a light lunch
o Exhibitor manual
o Three free exhibitor registrations per booth
o Company list in official summit literature
o One summit programme book per booth
Optional extra cost:
R3 300 (excluding VAT) includes:
Standard shell scheme comprising octanorm panels
1 x name with black lettering on fascia
2 x spotlights
1 x ¼ distribution board
1 x conference table and 2 x conference chairs

Cancellation:
If you notify us of cancellation of your exhibition space prior to 31 March 2012, 50% of the exhibition cost of your selected stand(s) will be refunded. After that date no refunds can be made.
